Field Training

We provide onsite training for clients' personnel whether it be young engineers or employees who show the desire to exceed. This option keeps clients and their employees happier and significantly reduces overhead costs and response time to possible problems in the field.

Training on transferring field data to the office for calculations and reporting is crucial to maintaining a good workflow and reduces downtime by enabling comprehensive analysis to identify possible problems quickly.

Different conditions and circumstances dictate the methodology to use for each individual task. Exposing your employees to a well rounded training for possible scenarios enables them to recall quickly and shift their efforts towards a more productive solution while maintaining accuracy.

Installation and Operational Training (I&T) is recommended to be presented to each clients' staff, with trainee personnel composition to be designated by the client, and as jointly scheduled by Subterranean Solutions, LLC and the client. To maximize the value of I&T, it is strongly urged that distractions of the clients' staff be aggressively minimized during the scheduled time for I&T. 

It is imperative to know two different ways to calculate each individual task to minimize risk and maximize production. Field training identifies weak points and allows these areas to be strengthened. 

Customized comprehensive reports are created for each clients' needs and can be printable or electronic formats.
